Returns Policy

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the order and receive a refund by informing Hygienel Ltd via our online ‘Returns System‘ provided the items are in it’s original packaging within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.

Please note:- Chemical Liquids or Masks may not be returned for credit.

Goods must be returned by the Purchaser at the purchaser’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The purchaser will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the purchaser fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Hygienel Customer Service Team shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the purchaser.

  • Goods to be returned must clearly show your order number obtained from Hygienel on the package.
  • Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the purchaser’s fault the purchaser will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
  • Goods will not be accepted for return for credit unless previously agreed and must be received in the original packaging in a resalable condition.
  • Goods accepted by arrangement will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge.

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. i.e. A purchase made with paypal, a refund will be issued to the original buyer’s paypal account.


Returns Process

Please navigate to your My Accounts > Orders section and select which order or product you want to request a refund to obtain a returns authorisation number prior to returning any goods. You will be then advised by email our Returns Address to send your return of goods.

The return of the goods will be at the expense of the purchaser or a further return carriage charge will be levied.

We have a simple online returns system to process any requests and also an online screen message centre so you can interact with our customer service team.


Faulty Items

If the item you received is ever faulty then please contact customer services via the Contact Us page by quoting your order reference number or email

We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You will have 7 days from receipt to return the item.

Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service, and so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method.

If you would like to request a refund, then please navigate to orders page and select which order or product you want to request a refund for.

Please note:  The returned item will be inspected by our team and if deemed faulty then all order and postage costs will be refunded.


When will I receive my refund and how ?

Once the return has been approved (the item/s have to be in perfect condition, unused and any internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within 48 hours. Remember that payments to your paypal account /credit card always depend on your bank/building society. You will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.


How long do I have to return ?

7 days from receipt for unwanted items and 10 days from receipt for faulty items.
